In my book ‘Mastering the Wolf’ I recount life in both HM Forces and the Police service. You simply cannot spend over 30 years in public service and not be affected in some way. Published on 22.2.22 it charts the ups, downs, highs and lows, incidents, investigations, and impact on me personally.
It has been described as ‘an honest, raw and emotional memoir’. The significance of the ‘Wolf’ is a nod to the story told by the wise Cherokee Indian about the internal emotional fight we all experience, likened to a black and white wolf.
